.: Here's a collection of the families milestones.

.: Clayton Kilkelly

  • 01/12/2009 - Quit smoking after 18 years of almost a pack of 30's a day. I just went cold turkey and it paid off in the end.
  • 04/12/2009 - Clayton's birthday and completely nicotine free by this day.

.: Bernice Daines

  • 00/00/0000 -

.: Zachary Parker

  • 12/12/2009 - Zach get's a greater respect of the water due to him not listening to his parents and almost drowning. He was saved by his step father "Clayton". Zach will forever realise that water can be fun as well as dangerous.
  • 00/00/0000 -

.: Ella Manson-Kilkelly

  • 24/05/2010 - Ella was taken from us by her mother and Carolyn (My biological mother). The whole thing started because I chose not to invite Carolyn to my wedding to Bernice as she has never had the time for my wife to be or myself. The wedding is expensive and it is Our choice to only have people there that would appreciate what we are doing for Our guests.
  • 25/05/2010 - Carolyn first tried to call my "real" Mother in Perth in a busted attempt to poison her and everyone else around me by telling lies about me. She even tried to tell my mum in a later email of how she contacted the police enquiring about me and that they informed me that I was a bad egg. If this were true, I could charge the police for divulging personal information about me without my permission and Carolyn would also be charged for breeching the privacy act. Anyway, it's a lie because the police have no record on me. I haven't been a complete angel in my life but I do know that I have been granted a clean slate in this country.

.: Maddison Parker

  • 00/00/0000 -

  • 10/07/2009 - Alex was born thus joining the Kilkelly and the Daines clans by a blood rope that will never be severed.
  • 24/05/2010 - Alex took his first step

.: Our whole family together

  • 06/01/2010 - We set out for Our epic journey up to the North Island. In order to make the ferry the next morning, we leave at 10:00pm that night. It was amazing of how comfortable we were when we were a family of 7 in a 7 seater van.
  • 07/01/2010 - Ferry from Picton to Wellington. Once the ferry docked in Welly, we didn't stop. We drove right through to Rotarua. The first day proved to be quite a long day. Well, for Bernice and I because the children managed to sleep for most of it. We managed to erect the tent in less than half an hour and we were quite proud of ourselves. We stayed at the "Rotarua Thermal Holiday Park".
  • 09/01/2010 - We had a 10:00am checkout at the Rotarua Thermal Holiday Park and we drove to Whakatane. There we stayed with some family friends of Bernice. Dan and Celia. We went to a beautiful beach at Ohope and the water in the sea was actually beautifully warm. It must be the best beach I have ever encounted since I've been in New Zealand. We also visited the places that Bernice grew up. First 193 James street just up the road from the quaint little school that she went too and then the farm that she used to live on. The farm is on Reids Road, Taneatua. It's quite a sleepy little town but I could see that Bernice would easily have lots of good memories from the place.
  • 11/01/2010 - Now for the long 5 hour drive to Napier with a short stop over in Gisborne. The reason we went to Gisborne is so that Bernice could visit an old friend who's not too well. Her friend' Nicole is suffering from MS and is in pretty bad shape. We spent about an hour with Nicole but sadly had to push on so that we weren't pitching a tent in the dark. We made it to the camp ground just on 5:00pm but it wasn't the dark that was the problem, it was pouring rain. The tent was soaked, we were soaked and to top it off, the kids kept on jumping on Our air mattress and punctured it. My back is still stiff.
  • 13/11/2010 - Here we are, back in the windy city of Wellington. This time it's for 3 days and we can do some site seeing. We did some of the things you would normally do in Wellington. We took a ride on the cable car and on a train. We checked out some pretty big malls. We did general sight seeing. My observation from 3 days in Wellington....General disposition of the Wellytonians....Rude and Obnoxious. I couldn't get over it. I've never felt so angry towards a large populous of people in all my life. I lost count of how many times someone felt that we had too many children for 2 people and felt the need to tell us. In Christchurch if you let someone in, they'll generally wave or give a good gesture of thanks. In Wellington they tend to give you a filthy look as if to say.."what's wrong with you?" I think it's safe to say that passing through Wellington without stopping is what I'll be doing in the future.
  • 16/01/2010 - Finally, we were leaving Wellington. It was another early ferry departure so....Got all the kids out of bed at 5:00am, got them all fed and dressed and then cleaned the house that we were staying in. We got to the check-in for the ferry with good time and didn't have to wait in cue too long. It was a particularly windy and wet day and we knew that we were in for a very rough crossing. All the kids except Alex was sick. I didn't throw up but I was feeling a bit green myself. I just lay down on the floor and closed my eyes. We made it home by 6:00pm that night.
